The period of employment is becoming even shorter.  Independent of age, experience, work level and results in development, nowadays, mainly someone around 45/50 years of age belongs to a group of risk.

The chances of quickly obtaining a new, similar work position and similar salary are very small.  The competition is unequal and the opportunities few.  The new professionals who are entering the work market are prepared to work twice as much and earn half of what the more experienced executives receive.
